GIIC, has Now fully satisfied its debts and has become a debt free company during F.Y. 2010-11 with the vigorous efforts of recovery & disinvestments.
In fact, we have concentrated our efforts to improve our recovery performance to clear debts. We have also drawn the new role for GIIC, to do the work of non-fund based activities like Appraisal work for Tourism Projects, Sales Tax Incentive Appraisal work, Work for Preparation of Valuation Reports for Industrial Projects and also Processing Sale of Assets for FIs / Bank.
I am sure, with growing Indian Economy & Capital market and focused & concentrated approach for Industrial Development by Government of Gujarat will help GIIC in it's future role ahead. |
